It was a clean room and staff were very helpful we thought that when booking the inn that the gym would be accessible to all guests. However, you need to pay for each individual to enter the gym space since we weren’t there for long it wasn’t a deal breaker. Overall a very convenient inn to stay and move around in Osaka.

Not too far from Kyoto Station take Bus#4,7 or 205 and stops right by Hotel Tavinos. Can use Suica,Pasmo card. Used triple room was alittle stuffy. We wanted a late checkout but was unavailable for 1100yen per hour til 1400. You have to use kiosk for check in and check out. We just waited in lobby area til 1400-free coffee/tea/water. Worth price
