"It was a great hotel! It was very clean, staff was always cleaning. We had a malfunction with our refrigerator and told the front desk. We had an employee in our room to fix it quickly. It was pretty quiet and safe. There’s a busy road nearby but the traffic did not wake us up. Breakfast was good each day, staff were always helpful and attentive. Front desk Linda always went above and beyond to make sure our stay was great. This will be our new favorite near Detroit. "

Com app,they said I couldn't and also tried Motel 6,they couldn't help either but the app still charged my card .That's unfair THIS APP A SCAM I PRAY NO ONE ELSE USE HOTELS. COM BECAUSE THEY'LL TAKE YOUR MONEY"

"If you like barking dogs all night and not so clean rooms this is for you. I was very disappointed. I stayed four nights and the last two days I would not eat the breakfast. Just horrible. Don’t recommend "

"I must say, I had an amazing and relaxing stay at Royal Park. The pictures truly don’t do it justice; the property is absolutely beautiful, picturesque, and incredibly charming. It’s located in a quaint area and manages to feel both luxurious and cozy at the same time. The staff was wonderful; everyone was so kind and welcoming. I had breakfast at Park 600, and it was excellent. The portions were very generous, and the Peach Palmer drink was absolutely delicious. My room was excellent as well. The creek view was peaceful and relaxing, making it the perfect place to unwind after a long day. Although the hotel was very busy, especially in the lobby with multiple events taking place, you would never know it once upstairs in the room. It was quiet, serene, and I slept like a baby. The bedding was extremely comfortable, and housekeeping was prompt and attentive, adding to the overall pampered experience. I loved every bit of my stay here. Next time, I’ll definitely take advantage of the valet parking just to elevate the pampering experience even more. I traveled to Rochester from Massachusetts for a graduation, and after all the festivities, I genuinely looked forward to returning to the hotel each night. Wonderful place, oh and the lobby smells divine!"
