"The property was clean and safe "

"I’m a Sailor for the Navy and had Duty in Selfridge Air National Guard base . The lobby was clean but when you got to the stairs there was dirt on the stairs . But more importantly I stayed one night , and got bit by Bed Bugs on my arms, legs, and back , had to go to Urgent Care to get a steroid shot , and after the doctor at the Urgent Care told me to report the incident to the Michigan Board of Health . Which I’m going to do . La Quinta wouldn’t give me another room because they told me that the hotel was full. I only stayed two night the first night I got bit , the second I asked for another room but they told me that didn’t have any, So the second night I stayed in my room with my clothes on in the bathroom . I asked for a refund showing my bug bits but didn’t get none and had to pay for two nights . I asked for assistance but the desk wouldn’t help me or refund my money . Don’t go here unless you want to go to the hospital or urgent care the next day ! "

"This Hotel was amazing. I would highly recommend staying here. The breakfast was awesome. The pool was nice. The room we had was very roomy."

"The only flaw was that it was a lot of birthday parties with a bunch of kids. But other than that my stay was great"

"Our room was ok clean wise. Along the edges on the floor were lots of trash. From not being swept up. The breakfast was served ok. The milk was curdled and I was told “it’s still within the expiration date”. Our toilet didn’t flush for 16 hrs and took my nephew in law to fix it, as the maintenance man didn’t show up. "

"Room were extremely disgusting. Had a 2bd-2bath and both sides were very dirty. I had to downsize to a one bedroom suite which didn’t have the same amenities. Definitely not what I expected. I will be contacting cooperate."

"Sewer flies in room, conditioner not stocked, poop stains still on toilet seat and in toilet from previous guest, hair on pillows. Overall not clean. "
