Best Western Plus Hershey
Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable. We had a noise issue with a broken AC/heat unit and had to move in the middle of the night because we couldn't sleep, but they were helpful. Tried to call desk, but phone was missing the cord and didn't work. Breakfast was lacking ...

Very limited selection on breakfast items. Room was mostly clean except for under the bathroom sink which had some wrappers of some kind. Great location. Staff was pleasant.

We were there only for 1 night...no cups in the room, no coffee maker in the room, breakfast was to be continental, but was dry cereal, coffee, no juice, milk was warm and apples. Oh and oatmeal...The fixtures in the shower were loose...the desk person in the morning was dressed like was unprofessional ...
