Our room was spotless, and the entire estate was beautifully maintained, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. We felt very secure throughout our stay. "Lovely rooms. Gorgeous garden. Such an authentic experience staying above a pub. We felt part of the village by the end of our stay! Sam and her husband were incredible hosts and his food was exceptionally good! We’d go out of our way to stay here again."

"very quite room in spite of being in the city of Windsor . A good pub across the street (30 seconds walk) , plenty of parking, good breakfast. Highly recommended"

"Older property, but clean and tidy. Good location for walk/bus into Oxford and useful having parking. Staff helpful and friendly. Good selection of shops and eating places in Summertown."

"Good size room with everything you need, really good breakfast"

"Great hotel and friendly staff."

"I stayed here to attend a wedding nearby. The staff helped me locate the property (wedding goers had parked in front of the sign and hidden it). I had booked a single room and it was ideal for one person. Shower room spacious and worked well."

"Very well-maintained property."
