"We spent two nights at this hotel, and while the stay wasn’t terrible, it fell short in several areas. Check‑in took longer than it should have—not because of a line, but because the front desk was unattended for several minutes. I’m willing to assume the receptionist may have been helping someone in the back or taking a quick break, but it still made for a less‑than‑smooth arrival. The room was functional but clearly outdated. A few things were broken or worn, and the curtains had a noticeable stale‑smoke smell. Noise was a major issue: the walls are extremely thin, and we could hear people talking and laughing in the halls at 3 AM, as well as someone getting sick in the room next door. Breakfast was simple but fine for a no‑frills hotel. We didn’t get to use the pool due to weather. The location is convenient, with plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The hotel could attract more guests by offering a shuttle to Concord Regional Airport (about a mile away) or to the shops across the street, though this didn’t affect our rate. Check‑out was also impersonal—no staff present, just a bowl for key drop‑off. Overall, we didn’t mind our stay, but we wouldn’t choose this hotel again. "

"It was understand construction. Would have been nice to know before booking. Check in was easy and the staff was nice. Not many parking spaces due to construction. I was given a newly remodeled room. Room was clean. Bathtub faucet leaked the whole time. Bathroom lights are not bright enough. Ironing board was broken and kept falling down. Parts of the carpet were falling apart on the ends, paint on carpet in spots. Comforter on bed was ripped. Towels had stains on them. Tv only had sports channels. Probably will not stay here again in the future. "
