"Lovely hotel with friendly staff! Love the ducky in the room. The hotel is fantastic. As a side note, Bin 5 is the restaurant right by the hotel. Only service dogs are allowed even for the patio. I thought it is dog friendly and this is part of the reason for staying at the hotel which is dog friendly. I ended up ordering take out as I have two dogs with me. No big deal but I thought it would be good if the restaurant is dog friendly too."

"We stay in 2 bedrooms suite. Room decoration is good clean and good space. Very good view and can open the door, winter for fresh air. I feel like stay in condimenium having kitchen and there are washing and drying machine in the hotel. The location is great near the attraction in the walking area. Near testaurant and mall. We will recommend our friend when visit Victoria."

"Nice quiet room. Most hotels and stores don't have parking because the city made every space a pay to park space. That's not the hotels fault. We just didn't know about it. No breakfast except apple or orange but room was clean and we enjoyed our stay."
