"1. We arrived at night. There was a thin quilt on the bed, but extra cover wouldn't be available until the next day.
2. I requested two rooms. I was in one room and my son was to sleep in the next room in what I thought was a two-bedroom apartment. But it turned out that we had been given rooms nine floors apart in a high-rise apartment building and key cards could be used to access only the floors we stayed on, so we didn't have access to each other.
