"Everybody was nice! From my arrival with Dominic in the garage to I'm sorry I didn't get the gentleman's name at the front desk that checked me in, and to Reese as well in the garage. The room was gorgeous. The beverages were amazing. And I just loved my time in the pool as well."

"We love this hotel. We go at least once a year. We always upgrade to the Gold Club. The breakfast, honor bar, canapés, desserts and soda/water bottle station are fantastic and worth the upgrade. I never stay anywhere else in Austin! I love the Fairmont brand!"
