"Room carpet is so dirty its sticky. Walking around with socks or barefoot turned the bottom of our feet black. We had some people next door who seemed to be living long term in their room, and were playing music past quiet hours. We had to call front desk to ask them to stop playing music so loud. "

"The breakfast was good, staff was friendly and helpful. This spot it's great to be close to the boardwalk and the downtown area and other surrounding areas the only things that were not so great is the parking is really tight"

"The experience was pretty disappointing overall. While the place advertises a lot of amenities, several of them were not working during my stay, which made it feel misleading. The room itself was extremely small, honestly felt like the size of a jail cell, and it was not clean. There was a noticeable weird smell that never really went away, which made it hard to relax. Between the lack of functioning amenities, the cleanliness issues, and the uncomfortable room, it just was not a great stay."

"Pretty basic room, it was an OK shape. Best part about this place is they have indoor pool and hot tub pretty close to walk to the boardwalk"

"Room was mostly clean except the basin. Bed was comfortable. The hotel is showing its age. The parking situation was not good. Not enough spaces and were made primarily for compact vehicles. "

"Everything is good, but the room is old with old appliances. Neighbors were loud through midnights, which was a down side. Two queen beds were split into two rooms, which is different. Parking was a little hard since it’s on a downhill, but overall, it was a good experience. Check in and out was easy. Staff (Sam) was cool."

"My 6 year old son complained that the towels stink. Good thing I had a clean beach towel to use. Parking was super limited. I didn’t want to drive anywhere else or I’ll lose my parking. Other than that, you’re just paying for the location and how close it is to the boardwalk."

"The front desk was so nice, upgraded our room. Room was ocean view, clean and beds were comfortable. Great experience. "
