Staff was friendly and check in was easy. The motel is cute and our room was clean, comfortable and spacious enough for two. The bathroom was also clean and spacious. Definitely walkable to the boardwalk. Parking was a little tight but had plenty of spaces. Would recommend and would stay here again.

Convenient location, close to the Boardwalk and Kaiser Permanente Arena. Rooms were clean and we especially liked the setup of the two bedroom suite; there are two separate bedrooms with a bathroom in between, allowing more privacy between bedrooms. Tight parking lot and a little noisy as the parking is right outside the rooms, but this is the case at a lot of places. There were earplugs provided in the rooms!Would stay here again.

For a budget hotel, it was actually really nice. Especially enjoyed the comfortable beds, parking available, nearby walking distance to the boardwalk/beach. Overnight staff available, easy drop box check out. Plenty of basic amenities one needs. AC also worked. Got the two bedroom stay and it was ample space for three adults. Good location for the 70.3 Santa Cruz. Wouldn't mind staying again!

Very helpful responsive front desk person in advance of arrival and while checking in and out. Room better than expected, totallt comfortable and looked good. No noise barrier but easily handled with leaving fan on. Earplugs were left out by staff too if needed. Slight musty odor but frankly that was to be expected a a motel near the beach! Great location, just blocks from boardwalk!!! Would definitely stay again.

This little room was just what me and my sister needed while visiting Santa Cruz. It was just big enough! Fresh linens every day and hot, hot, hot water!! I think what we loved the most was that we were within walking distance to the boardwalk! Amazing all around!!

The property is close enough to the Boardwalk to walk. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The room was clean but dated, but if you need a kitchen, you have one although no utensils of any kind. So if you plan to cook, you'll need to bring your own pots, pans, utensils, etc. I took a griddle and food that could be microwaved as we had three children with us. Most other hotels I looked at, we would have needed to reserve two rooms to accomodate all of us. We had two bedrooms but only one TV, would have been better to have one in each room.

Our check-in experience was amazing and effortless, really friendly staff. The hotel itself could use more love.. specifically room #144 where my wife and I stayed. We turned on the AC to cool and it smelled like fish.. thankfully it got down to 57 that night if not we would have been so hot in the room

Easy to locate a good parking spot. The room was pretty clean (8/10). Some of the chairs look like they've been used too much and could be upgraded... Staff was quick and helpful. I would definitely stay again

The room was clean , showers was good with good flow of water .The toilet make a loud , weird sound when you flush (Rm 133 ), maybe the maintenance guy can look at what's wrong with it .I was hoping there's some trees or vegetation ( flowers of some sort ) as shown in your Ad . But overall , it was a nice stay and close to the boardwalk and restaurants .Thank you !

Staff was amazing. Love the fact that they have 2 bed rooms with 3 queen beds! My kids had their own bed and we had our own room. Full bath tub with shower the kids loved. Also what topped all off was that it had a stove! Minus the oven, but we were able to cook meals just like home. Also had microwave and full fridge! It is across the street from skate/basketball park and a very short walk to the Boardwalk/beach! We were able to leave the boardwalk, rest, eat, and walk back to enjoy a few more rides and walk the beach. It’s also located near plenty of stores and restaurants. This is now my new home when I visit Santa Cruz! Oh and it’s small ( not a lot of rooms), single level and you can park right outside your door!!! Trust me you won’t regret booking if you are just looking for something homely, affordable, and close to EVERYTHING!
