"The staff was excellent- kind and anticipated your needs before you did! Very attentive! The specialty restaurants were fantastic! The property is huge so bring your walking game. The beach is not owned by resort and before we went we were cautioned by friends of sand fleas on the beach that can create an itchy ankle hassle while trying to sleep- bring bug spray! The weather every day was fantastic! Rooms are dated but decent and I slept like a baby! Nothing to do but enjoy and relax! "

"1st off, the hotel property was VERY CLEAN!! Theres always someone cleaning. Super good. Everything is is good working order, all the restaurants are great but we’re a buffet family so we spent most of the time there. Lol. Our room was good size, staff is very nice and friendly. Don’t have 1 negative thing to say. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. It is super FAMILY FRIENDLY and oh I forgot, there’s a water park here too. 😂😂"

"The casita was better than expected. The kitchen was fully equipped and the beds were very comfortable. In the heat, good ac was also a plus although an afternoon breeze always came in to cool things down. Sara at the restaurant was wonderful and Cesar and Jacky assisted us with our questions and a wonderful tour we took. "

"Hotel Pura Vista is simply a true gem that’s tucked away in its own little haven yet close enough to everything. Mark went above and beyond in providing local recommendations for things to do or eat. He is very knowledgeable about the area, local businesses, and provided great perspective on the local area(s). Highly recommend it and will certainly stay here again!"

"The property was great - the glamping dome had everything we needed for a short stay, and everything in good condition. There's a small fridge, shelving space, tea and coffee facilities, a tv, and bathroom with shower. The dome got really hot during the day, but the AC cooled the place down pretty quickly, so it wasn't an issue. The space outside on the deck was great - two loungers and a small plunge pool to cool off. There was a small conscience store a 2 minute walk away, so great to buy some drinks/snacks and relax in your private space. Breakfast was served each morning on a small patio area, and was good value, and prepared fresh. The property is also a 10 minute walk from the beach, so easy to access."
