The room was clean n quiet place, the bath towel was old n only one , no tv remote , no complimentary water just tea bags n sugar. The lady at your reception needs to learn proper customer service skills, she was not smiling and looks grumpy. The water tap in the washroom I don’t know if it’s rusty or stained but that doesn’t look okay. The place is okay since I was looking for somewhere far from traffic noise .

Staff and the surrounding vegetation good.

I loved the surroundings and te hotel location, however when we checked-in the hotel staff had to check out a guest whose payment was delaying, I wondered if that was not , was our booking secure. The staff was friendly. The television channels we re fixed and therefore imposed upon us. Imagine we could not watch our favorite channels the whole night and morning. There imposed channel had not news at all.

Basic, affordable

Affordable but basic accommodation. Friendly staff. Some maintenance and renovation would make the rooms more pleasant. Limited television channels but we had good Wi-Fi reception. Overall it was OK for a 2 night stay

The lady at the reception are was very warm and friendly. The in general was very nice. The units on the ground seem to be infested with rats in the ceiling..it was incredibly difficult to fall asleep cause of the scratching in the ceiling wall

waking up in a quiet environment

even though situated near a busy road there is some quietness you experience in the morning when you wake up. everything was on point from the booking to the check out. good team there. asked for adjustment of time on my breakfast and that was solved without a hustle. it was my first time but will be a regular whenever i'm in the capital

Ventilation of the room I got was good and also reception team was amazing, they were so helpful. Bathroom hot water was on point, really enjoyed taking a warm shower. How ever the WiFi was super slow and later on it just stopped working till we checked out. The network wasn’t strong enough that we couldnt even use it for WhatsApp. During the night there was a lot of noise in the corridor, it was like a brothel through out the night and also cigarette smoke was coming in strong from the room next to us I think it was room number 4. These people are very noisy we didn’t even manage to sleep because they were making a lot of noise. We didn’t find the remote for the TV and also the speakers were not working so there was literally no volume on the Tv. When it comes to entertainment there is really nothing to offer
