"There was a delay in our room and we received an upgrade. The front desk was very helpful and pleasant. The bell staff were also so patient and kind. The property is magical and we wish we had stayed an extra night. Highly recommend a stay here instead of doing road to Hana in one day. The tennis and basketball are immaculate! Thank you for having us, we will always remember the great views and spacious property"
"We stayed in Room #1 in the main building w/ shared bathrooms. Upon arrival, I couldn’t find the front office. A guest told me I should have received an email or text with the room code and check-in instructions. I never received either. Since I booked through Expedia, I also checked for messages there but found nothing. When I contacted the owner about not receiving the check-in information, she didn’t seem concerned. "The place was not stocked up well and the appliances like coffee machine were dirty. Things were minimally maintained abd the beach equipment was so dirty and smelly, I had yo wash the beach towels before using it and beach chairs wete all stained and smelly. But overall it was clean."
"The place was very clean. The staff was very communicative and accommodating. I stayed Wednesday-Sunday and I extended my stay 1 night which was very fast and easy. They left us chairs and towels which was very nice for the beach. The place was very spacious for 2 people. If you want to cook this has plenty of counter space. The balcony had a partial ocean view which was very nice. Great value for your money. Check in/out was very easy. You can walk right to the best beaches around.
