"It's a great location if you're in the right time of the year. The room was clean and nice. We did extend our stay one more night for convenience, but we quickly regretted it since we didn't get any sleep. The walls are very thin you can hear all the rooms around you. People conversations, their tvs. Someone had small children which is great, they were jumping around on the floors above us and I seriously was waiting for one of them to come thru the ceiling it was so loud. Then people in...

"Nice room, very clean. I enjoy my stay here. Only one downside is off-site parking is a bit far and dark during night, but overall it's good. Surely will recommend to my friends"

"Very nice motel. 1 block from the boardwalk and easy walk pretty much anywhere you need to go on the beach. The staff was very helpful and gave great advice on where to go to eat and play. Room was very clean and nicely decorated. I will for sure stay here again if given the opportunity."

"No towels in room. .could not shower!!! Room filthy! Torn sheets and dirty flooring.contacted management / office for towels and they never responded!"

"Don’t stay here. Rooms are very tired. Freezing cold too. A basic sheet and a thin bedspread. We had to wear clothes and socks to bed. The bed dipped in the middle. No breakfast provided either. Hampton beach is a dump too. I’d avoid this motel and the village entirely."

"Never received the room we booked they placed us in the corner of the building, they advised ocean front that was not happening no were to sit outside, was woken up by people outside being noisy at 3 am for a good half an hour.And I guess they have people who rent for the winter months (no comment) Cigarette butts all throughout the parking lot. The mattress was super uncomfortable, had to clean the refrigerator freezer door would not open all frozen up. So if you want to take a chance at this...

"Wir möchten uns bei den Gastgebern sehr für das liebevoll eingerichtete Apartment bedanken. Obwohl wir nur 2 Nächte dort waren, haben wir unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und durften zum Checkout die Gastgeber persönlich kennenlernen. Sehr nette Leute, die das Haus mit viel Sorgfalt und Liebe zum Detail direkt am Atlantik führen. Wir kommen definitiv wieder. Vielen Dank nochmal."

"The hotel and the hotel room looked like the scenes from a murder mystery show. Dark, dated, security that was lacking not even questionable. The breakfast that was included was cold cereal that was so stale. It was inedible. I was afraid to walk on the floors. The non-smoking room smelled like smoke..… the only two things that were true or that the price was nonrefundable and it had an ocean view. Other than that, I was up all night wondering if anybody was coming through the door that barely...
