Not good,room had leaking fridge,took over an hour to get someone to clean up.toilet kept running.3 wasps nests on balcony.room itself was great size.food mediocre and coffee at breakfast like dishwater.water for tea lukewarm.on the plus side,the bar was nice

Bien situé plusieurs commerces a proximité en plus de la plage qui est à 5mn à pieds et un parc d'attraction a 15mn, la nourriture est bonne, piscine petite, presque pas d'animation le soir, chambre très correcte en espace et hygiène.

Hotel propre chambre trés propre, service trés correcte malgré une petite difficulté pour avoir le lit bébé rapidement mais le soir tout est arrangé...l'emplacement de hôtel est excellent à proximité des commerces, resto et cafés, le port de yasmine Hammamet et la plage juste en face. les espaces extérieures et les services autour de la piscine ne sont pas digne d'un hotel 5* mais plutôt d'un petit club, le restaurant est trés bien aménagé, la nurriture est excellente et trés variée et le personnel trés disponible, l'hotel est trés bien sécurisé un double accés à l'hotel de la rue ou depuis la plage...

Huge facilities with nice pool and close to beach

First visit to Hammamet. While the hotel is about 10 mins ride to old town centre, its about 2-3 mins walk to the beach. It also has a nice pool. The staff are friendly. The only issue was with magnetic card that opens the door. Had problems with it every day. Had to be recharged or a staff had to come and open the door for me.

Pleasant Stay

Clean, well-presented hotel for a good price. Room was very comfy and cot provided for baby. More hangers than usual and two wardrobes meant that clothing space was very adequate. Great water pressure in the shower. The rooms were made up beautifully each day. Towels were also nice and quite fluffy. The breakfast and dinner were a little lacking in variety although chefs were good and happy to prepare porridge for my little one when requested even though it is not something that they are used to. Lovely view over the Marina. Yasmine Hammamet is looking very tired and lack-lustre. I have been coming for years and it was a bit deserted and run down but the hotel itself was lovely.

Период пребывания-19/9-27/9 2015 Фото с сайта и нынешнее состояние отеля не соответствуют Сантехника очень старая и с ржавчинами,постельное белье старое(не меняли нам в течении всего нашего отдыха прибывания) Питание. Большое разнообразие,но так плохо готовят мясо это ужас!жалко даже стало переведенных продуктов! Черный обычный чай отсутствует в отеле да и в принципе в стране(позже поняли что из-за плохой воды)поэтому везде чай-с мятой и очень сладкий! Ресепшен супер!Отдельный респект им! Особенно Марианне!Персонал приятный-улыбчивый! Анимация только на французском да и не интересная!

Hotel bénéficiant du meilleur emplacement

J ai passer un mois dans cet hôtel et connaissant bien les hôtels de la région je peux vous dire que le laico est d un bon rapport qualite /prix.Au cœur de yasmine nous étions à 2m des restaurants, des boutiques ,de la marina (pas besoin de véhicule ).la plage est propre et il y a une rue a traverser pour y accéder .L animation est très correct avec des spectacles différent et agréable tout les soirs.

ce n'est pas le standing d'un 5 étoiles

la piscine est trop étroite comparé à la taille de l'hôtel. la chambre est spacieuse mais le confort n'y est pas: les serviettes sont retirées de la chambre à notre insu et à l'accueil on te répond : Mme vous quittez la chambre à 12h et ce n'est pas notre affaire vois ça avec la gouvernante. c incroyable!!! nous avons appelé 4fois pour avoir un lit de bébé et on l'a eu qu'en soirée. pour le restaurant le buffet est varié mais les serveurs sont absents pour débarrasser les tables. la qualité de service et d'accueil n'est pas au rdv alors que c'est le minimum requis pour un "5 etoiles "

Very disappointing hotel

The hotel is really terrible in term of staff and facilities. Rooms and furniture are old, TV is from the 80s with no batteries on the remote( had to call 10 times to get new batteries to find out that there is only 4 channels). staff never smile or welcome you. stayed only one night and moved to a neighboring hotel where services and rooms are much better. it is the first time in my comments I dis-encourage others to go to hotel because it is really a terrible place.

good hotel, but watch out for smelly rooms !!!

I booked a room for one night. Staff are very friendly and helpful and hotel located on the main seafront. Nice location and hotel surrounding. I had the dinner buffet and it was really good quality food. Breakfast was also good with good selection. The bad side: The room I was given was sea view but had a strong bad smell of sewage. I did not realize at the beginning as there was strong air freshener used in the room after cleaning. I had to wake up at 4-5 am and get my room changed. The replacement room was ok.
