I didn’t like not having water . I know it isn’t anyone’s fault , it’s life . What should have been offered is some kind of discount for not having drinking water . However I was given a bottle of water to brush my teeth . Rm 117 barely has any toilet paper and there was no soap in the dispenser by the sink . I’m thinking if I should come back Tuesday night on the way back through.The other times I stayed there it was a 5 star hotel . Oh it’s just a little breezy and the window isn’t tight so the wind makes a whistling noise . I like this hotel . I just wanted to let you know because I want this hotel to be successful.

I do apologize that the room was not up to standards. This is something that I will research. Unfortunately, the water issue was something that was beyond our control but thankfully the ban has lifted. We hope to have the opportunity to serve you again.

The place was great! We had a couple of pillows that had some stains we could see through the pillow case and the couch looked a little worn, but other than that it was very clean and the staff was so very friendly and helpful!

All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. They made sure we were taken care of. The rooms are updated recently, clean and the mattress was very comfortable. Breakfast was rhe same every day...pancake machine, eggs, sausage, muffins, toast, cereal, oatmeal, yogurt, cofee, whole milk and juice. The only real negative is the breakfast area is tiny...only 7 seats total. Its definitely a nice place to stay for the price and they are Ramp friendly for those wanting to stay close by.

Great place to stay
This was the nicest Days Inn that I've ever stayed in. Front desk staff were friendly, continental breakfast was nice. Room was comfortable, clean and set up well. The hotel was off the main highway and was quiet. I would definitely stay there again.

The place was clean and the staff were nice. However, their ability to print off a receipt was zero. My guess is that the computer system may be outdated or something because both at check in AND check out, there was no ability to print a simple receipt.

Good value room and great staff
The staff are so friendly and nice. The bed is a bit hard so if that's your thing, you'll be happy. The breakfast area is small (only room for 8 to sit) but only once in our two stays did that present an issue. The furniture is worn in some ways but the rooms are clean. The parking lot is lit up so well I did not feel

The front desk people were excellent. Very pleasant and Robin gave a recommendation for Las Amigo restaurant. Excellent. Bed was okay. It was a little hard for our liking, but for one night, fine. Walls are a little thin. Breakfast was good. Loved the pancake machine. Hot fresh pancakes, scramble eggs, link sausage, cereal, muffins, yogurt and good coffee.

Short Stay in Hamilton
We really enjoyed our stay even though it was just the one night. Our room looked newly remodeled and probably one of the cleanest nicest rooms i have been in, and we travel a lot. Robin at the front desk was very nice and informative, I would definitely stay here again.
