Small, but efficient, very comfortable and spotlessly clean rooms and public areas. Easily walkable to get around the warehouse area, restaurants and touristy things. Would not hesitate stay there again.

Great location and not too far from train station. Walkable to all tourists area. The staff were friendly and helpful. Very clean and up to date hotel.

Staff was not friendly at all. We arrived about 1/2’hour early before check in time from an international flight. We were tired and hungry. Staff told us to wait with our luggage in the crowded entryway. We asked if their advertised bar/restaurant was open but it was too early for the bar and too late for the restaurant. There is NOWHERE nearby to walk to get some food.

Lovely hotel

Hotel location was great and it was quite comfortable. Easy access to everything and walkable distance to the Rathaus area. My only issue was that the fridge didn't work and it was also set up to only be able to fit their bottles, and not your own items that needed refrigeration.

Very elegant hotel! Beautifully decorated rooms with espresso machine, kettle, steam iron and mini bar. Staff was very kind and helpful. The breakfast was amazing. There is a buffet as well you can order from a menu. If you are driving you can park in front of the hotel to check in. The public parking lot less than a 5 minute walk. We absolutely loved the hotel and location!

I really enjoyed this property. My room was very comfortable and super stylish. There was nothing cookie-cutter about it. It felt like the room had been designed and decorated individually by someone of the highest taste and ability. There were lots of individual surprising touches, as well as plenty of attention on comfort and function. The area is quiet but near many things, including the philharmonic hall and the miniature museum -- both highly recommended. The hotel is pretty new, I think, so not all the dining options were in place, but it didn't matter. It's a stay I'll longer remember and one of my favorite ever.

Three times during the afternoon of my stay I contacted the reception staff members and advised that I needed my room temperature dropped to 18 degrees as I can’t sleep at the 21 degrees it has been automatically set at. All three agreed to do so however my room stayed at the 21 degree level and I had no sleep for the night. As proof of this I have attached photo’s that I took at 1am, 3am and 5am. I have 7 hours of travelling to do today and now need to do it on no sleep. This is unacceptable and dangerous.

Good hotel but NO parking

Hotel is very good overall -BUT- the hotel says it has available parking spaces which is not the case and you have to park somewhere else (in our case a €36,- a day parking about 900 m. from the hotel), it is written in the hotel description but I don't know why a hotel is allowed to say it has available parking spaces while that technically means you have to park your car somewhere else.

Virkelig lækkert hotel centralt placeret med 5 minutters gang til rådhuset og tæt på miniature world. Personalet var meget venlige og serviceorienteret, der var rent og pænt. Morgenmaden var super lækker.
