I thought that the inside temperature on the room floors was a little high. Overall quite nice would stay there again. however my son who is quite large found the sofa bed a little uncomfortable. The breakfast buffet was very European. I liked the selections very much.

Overall we had a good stay at the hotel and the staff were very did sly and helpful, We were here to see a show at Volksparkstadion. It was a convenient location for attending a show at the arena, but there were limited dining options or amenities near by.

Very clean and serviceable hotel, walking distance to the soccer stadium and some restaurants nearby. The hotel itself is fine, but it is the staff that really make it shine. Incredibly polite, and helpful beyond just good customer service. It’s a great team over there !

Great room, great facilities. Clean and nice. Parking on premises. It was very close to the stadium. If you are looking to explore Hamburg may be a little on periphery, but I would definitely stay here again.

Felling welcome IS important!

The staff is super friendly, check in is easy and quick and all areas of the hotel are cosy, comfy and clean. We had a great stay. There is a indoor playground near by. There is a supermarket complex right down the street, which is awesome since you have a fully functional kitchen in your room. Great times!

We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. The bus stop was directly outside with direct routes to and from Hamburg Airport and to the main city centre. The staff were friendly and always happy to help. There is a nice little bar on the ground floor with comfy sofas. The room was clean and set up ready for us to check in on time. There is a few shops like a Rewe and Aldi just a 5 minute walk away.

Over all a really great hotel

A fine hotel, the room was a nice size and the toilet was bigger then expected. Everything looked very clean and neat. The room has cabinets for your items, a safe, and some dishes to use with a kettle and a coffee machine. The hotel has a little shop, with a great soda brand and some great snacks and food items. The morning buffet was great, but be sure to get to it before 10-11 as it will have less and less items to choose from - the food served was great! We stayed at the hotel for a concert held close by, it was an easy to navigate and nice walk through the area, we also walked to the nearby zoo, that we cal also recommend going to. This is not the last time we will be staying at this hotel :)

Good for the Short stay, clean, quiet

This place deserves strong 8/10. We enjoyed our stay for 2 nights and used garage parking, breakfast, lunch & shop opportunities. Positive: various breakfast, always places for parking in the garage, good powerful hairdryer, spacious shower and fridge. Neutral: cold feelings from the reception (no one smiles), despite I spent some time for online check in, I spent the same time at the reception - pointless online time waste. Lunch time : limited menu but fair price. WiFi is good but be careful, it's blocking some county sites and apps. Negative: only 2 things. Sorry for that, but need to be mentioned. TV is only in German, no Netflix, no other options than local channels. And 2nd thing - broken coffee machine. Next morning after check in, I reported the problem to the reception. And they promised to send me the "guy". Same day in the late afternoon I repeated my concerns about coffee machine and this time no one promised anything. We checked out - machine was still out of service. Question is not about the machine but about not kept promise to fix it or some other solution offer was missing.

We enjoyed our stay. The staff was very helpful. We had a kitchenette with a cooktop, mini-fridge, sink, cabinet space with some pots, pans, dishes and cutlery. Each floor has a washing room. The is a bus station near by, 3 grocery stores, a bakery. Not far from the airport either.
