Nice hotel, very nice spa. My phone didn’t work in my room and my tub would not drain. It was complicated to figure out how to turn off the lights while keeping the electricity on. I would stay again.

Staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. The hotel and the amenities were up to standards for the price. However, they made some shortcuts when tidying up the room so I have to knock them for that particular service. Other than that, stay was good.

Nice location, high standard hotel. Had a room on 7th floor, if anyone was to be on the rooftop ( on 8th) we would have been kept awake so probably some problems with noise on this specific floor. Other friends stayed on 3rd with NOV noise. Nice spa but too many kids at the time of visit making it a bit chaotic! Otherwise, very nice, will definitely stay again!

Fantastic hotel, highly recommended and a great location to everything you want to see in Hamburg. Room was clean and well presented. Staff were very friendly and accommodating the moment we walked through the doors. Lovely pool and gym amenities. If you have a late flight they will let you stay an hour 3-6 hours for a fee but it's worth it if you don't want to carry your bags everywhere. Thanks for a great stay!

The hotel staff was fantastic! Especially the team in the restaurant. I was not very happy with the curtains/blinds in the room. Did not block out enough light, Which made it quite difficult to sleep after 5 am. Sleeping in was not an option. The hotels AC system was also down while I was there, which did not help my sleeping situation. Overall, hotel is nice. Location is amazing. The hotel team was the real highlight.

Very nice hotel with nice staff! Breakfast was great and the restaurant is out of this world (specially the fille steak). Had some technical problems with the room door, but apart from that, it is a hotel I'd recommend!
