Da ich selbst in einer Museumssiedlung wohne, mache ich gern abstriche bei der Unterkunft. Ich finde es echt Cool das man hier Uraltes Flair erleben kann. Toll mfg Martin

Sehr freundliches Personal. Man muss sich auf ein Frühstück in familiärer Atmosphäre einlassen können, dann ist das wunderbar. Die Lage ist sehr gut, da man fußläufig die Innenstadt erreichen kann. Aber auch die Anbindung an den HVV ist sehr gut. Gute Speisemöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe.

仕事で一週間滞在。仕事場に近いので選択。到着時に入り口に書かれた電話番号に電話して入り口の開錠および鍵ボックスの暗証番号を聞く必要があり、注意が必要。電話をかけられる状態でないと問題が生じる可能性大。シャワーはロッカーの中にシャワーが有るような一見、強烈な感じだが、使ってみると十分な感じ。朝食は他の宿泊者と一つのテーブルで食べるスタイルで、良くも悪くもアットホームな宿。周辺の治安は良く、夜も静か。暑い時期に当たったので、窓を開けて寝た。

Für uns sehr zentral gelegen . Frühstück ok,einstig in die Dusche sehr hoch, rutschgefahr, im Schlafzimmer hatte der Teppich viele Wellen. Hamburg ist teuer und man muss halt bei einer günstigen Unterkunft so etwas in Kauf nehmen.

Hübsches kleines zentrales Hotel

Das Hotel befindet sich in einem alten Herrschaftshaus, welches 1890 erbaut wurde. Unser Zimmer war sehr groß mit über 30qm und hatte einen Balkon und Zugang zum Garten. Das Frühstück gab es zu einer angenehmen Zeit und war reichhaltig. In der Nähe ist gleich eine U-Bahn Station und viele Restaurants. Nur Parkplätze sind knapp gesät.

Faulty Towers

The hotel is clean, and the area is great. I didn't´t mind so much that there is not private toilette in the rooms. What bothered me a bit is that you here the other rooms quite well. But the big dissapointment was the service at the breakfast. I can understand that it is a "privat" hotel, and every guest goes to the one table in the kitchen, everything being a bit like invading someones home. But the unfriendly attitude of the lady running it was completely ridiculous. Answering in a rude way, and being not nice. It made all the guest sit in complete silence, feeling awkward and uncomfortable. It reminded me mostly of "faulty towers" with John Cleese. I wanted to know what happened to Freund in Gastfreundlichkeit, but I got an urge just to get away from there. My advice is go there only if you have to, but nevertheless, skip breakfast there.

Hotel hat Ambiente alles alt mit Stuckdecken und alten Möbeln wer Komfort will muß in dieser Lage mehr Geld ausgeben statt schlechte Bewertungen zu schreiben. Fazit für Kurz Urlaub 2-3 Tage optimal für 1 Woche würde ich was anderes empfehlen.

Kostengünstige und saubere Pension in Uni-Nähe

Ich war von der Hotel-Pension Fink wirklich positiv überrascht. Normalerweise rechnet man in einer solchen Preiskategorie immer schon mit einem Haken, aber ich war wirklich sehr zufrieden. Mein Zimmer war ordentlich und vor allem sehr sauber und das Serviceteam stets freundlich, wenn auch für meinen Geschmack etwas sehr zurückhaltend. Das Frühstück war für den Preis ebenfalls in Ordnung, auch wenn etwas Hintergrundmusik in der kleinen, gemütlichen Küche, in der alle Gäste an einem gemeinsamen Tisch frühstücken, nicht geschadet hätte. Die Gegend, in der die Pension liegt, hat ebenfalls einen guten Eindruck gemacht. Die Universität liegt nur 8 min zu Fuß entfernt, ebenso wie die Alster und die U-Bahnhaltestelle Hallerstraße. Ich würde die Pension jederzeit weiterempfehlen.

Mycket nöjda med boendet. Stilla och lugnt trots art det var relativt centralt. Mycket för pengarna. Fantastisk frukost. Lite lustigt med en duschkabin i rummet. Saknade toalett på rummet Att det endast fanns en damtoalett resp. en herrtoalett på så många rum var lite snålt.
