Die Zimmer sind definitiv zu klein. DAs BAdezimmer ist auch zu klein und hätte sauberer sein können.

Hostel,nicht Hotel!

Obwohl richtiges Zimmer gebucht wurde mir ein Standardzimmer mit Gemeinschaftsbad zugewiesen. Erst nach reichlich hin und her habe ich das gebuchte Zimmer bekommen. Unzumutbar.

No reception at night

I called the Mona hotel in advance that I came late, but nobody was at the reception to do check in. That's why I could not stay that night at Mona hotel. I had to pay the full amount for Mona hotel and needed to make extra expenses by booking another more expensive hotel in the area.

Das Zimmer wo wir untergebracht wurden bräuchte dringend eine Renovierung. Wir haben uns nicht getraut zu duschen.die Dusche war komplett verschmutzt in den Ecken Schimmel

Ikke 267 € vær for 3 overnatninger.

Havde 3 overnatninger på hotellet, det er det dårligst hotel jeg nogensinde har været på, skulle bo der alene, havde bestilt et værelse med bad og toilet, rummet skulle være 12 m2 i følge beskrivelse fra Hotels.com, men der var fælles bad og toilet for enden af gangen, og værelser var på 5-6 m2. Havde nok forventet at få mere for mine 267 €

Clean but not much to see in the area

Very basic hotel in the Hamburg suburbs. Friendly staff. Room is small but I only stayed one night. Close to bus transit and about a 15 min walk to metro. There are no toiletries other than the hand soap at the sink. Beds are hard but once again I only stayed my last night in Hamburg there as it was relatively close to the airport. You can get to downtown Hamburg in about 25 mins by metro not including walk time to metro station.

Die Zimmer sind heruntergekommen, dreckig , es wurde drei Tage nicht aufgeräumt oder geputzt, kein Frühstück, obwohl bezahlt.Alles in Allem eine Zumutung. Nie wieder!

Wir waren für Event in Nähe des Hotels in Hamburg. Hotel etwas in die Jahre gekommen.Hellhörig .Etagendusche und WC .Im Zimmer war Mini Tv mit Antenne ging nix. Kabel hingen aus der Wand Buchse fehlte. Aber wenn man über diese Dinge hinwegsieht. und nur eine Übernachtung mal benötigt Fairerweise haben Sie auch nicht bemängelt. Zimmer hatte 2 Einzellbetten .Bad und Dusche ok und sauber .Personal nett und 24h besetzt dafür das es so kleines Hotel war .S Bahnhof Stellingen Arenen in 15min Laufentfernung.Also wenn ich nur eine Übernachtung brauche würden wir eventuell wieder buchen .

１時のチェックインより早く、１１時半ごろ着いたのですが、２０分位で部屋を用意してくれました。 駅からは歩くと１０分以上かかってしまいますが、バスはすぐ近いです。 周りにドブロブニクレストランとスーパー以外は、飲み物だけのカフェくらいですが、私の部屋は隣の 木の多い敷地を向いており、季節的に野鳥とヒナの様子を楽しむことができました。 スタッフは人によりますがフレンドリーで、部屋は広くないですが清潔でした。 部屋に電話やポット、冷蔵庫はありませんでした。 ドライヤーを借りましたが、風が熱くない時の方が多かったです。 もし反対側の部屋だった場合は、おそらく車道に直面しているので、気になるかもしれません。

Nettes Hotel von wo man überall hinkommt

Sehr freundliches Personal kleines zimmer gehabt muss ehrlich sagen zum schlafen reicht es aber zum aufhalten ist es nix da der Fernseher nicht geht

Günstige Unterkunft in Autobahnnähe A7

Späte Anreise war problemlos möglich. Das freundliche Personal brauchte ungewöhnlich lange zum Ausdruck der Rechnung/Quittung, während ich mir die müden Beine in den Bauch stand. Das Zimmer war renovierungsbedürftig (Wände, herausbrechende Täfelung bei Nachttischlampe) aber das Bett in Ordnung und die Bettwäsche sehr angenehm (Baumwollbezüge) und sauber. Ich hatte das Bedürfnis erst mal zu lüften und, hurra, konnte das Fenster richtig weit öffnen, und das half sehr! (Kalt war es im Zimmer leider schon vorher...) Das gemeinschaftlich genutzte Bad, ohne Fenster, nicht gerade top sauber aber ok, mit Ablegemöglichkeit und Kleiderhaken, auf das warme Duschwasser musste ich allerdings NOCH länger warten als auf die Rechnung! 2 Handtücher wurden gestellt. Sonst alles gut und für genügsame Gäste durchaus weiterzuempfehlen.

Preisleistungsverhältnis stimmt absolut nicht.

Ein Mitarbeiter ist sehr unfreundlich und kann kaum deutsch. Zimmer war schmutzig. Parkplatz und WLAN kosten extra.

Alles ok. Toilettengang muss gut geplant werden da Gemeinschaftsbad mit Toilette. Zimmer wurde jeden Tag geputzt. Sehr wenige Senter im TV. Zimmer auf Hofseite sehr ruhig. Einzelzimmer für Geschäftsreisende ungeeignet da kein Tisch mit Stuhl vorhanden. Würde das Hotel weiter empfehlen obwohl etwas zu teuer (45€/Nacht für Einzelzimmer)

Basic but clean and comfortable

Small hotel and our room was small but it had what we needed. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. Check in was easy. We didn't need or ask for anything so didn't ask and can't comment on how that would be. For a wedding we were going to it was the perfect location. It's also very close to transport links. It's on a main road - we had a ground floor room at the back and it was very quiet.

Slidt hotel men ideelt på vej sydpå

Hotellet ligger ideelt for en enkelt overnatning på vej sydover, men der er en del støj fra gaden. Der var en del kludder ved indtjekning hvor værten ikke havde styr på, at der var to reservationer på en ordre. Men det lykkedes dog til sidst. Der er tre parkeringspladser bag ved hotellet som det er muligt at reservere

Noisy place, unfriendly boss & broken toilet.

Started out bad when I was scorned for coming early(13.30). I should know that check-in was after 14. On my reservation from this site said 13. But that was me being stupid, the same was with the Wi-Fi included- clearly stated on my booking. I had to pay 5 euros a night. I was in a hurry, so had no choice – but who charges for Wi-Fi, isn’t that a little 2010 even for Germany? The rooms are small and if you are unlucky you get it on the side with a heavy trafficked road. I was lucky but still it was quite noisy as this place lies in the crossing of two Hamburg traffic arteries. That said it is no very central when it comes to public transportation. If you just need a bed, don’t mind the room being dirty, are prepared to sleep with earplugs and wait in line for the bathroom- this is your place. But if so: there are cheaper and more central options.
