Very sweet man in the register and cheap 24 hour parking. The location is good because it’s very close to centrum, but the neighbourhood is filled with drugs and prostitution. Didn’t feel safe after dark, but we had no bad encounters, as long as you just mind yourself. The hotel room was very nice and clean and the size was perfect. We felt very safe in our hotel room. Overall you get a good value for the money, and good service. 4/5 stars😁👍

Not sure of the setup here but actually stayed in the sister hotel next door. Not sure I noticed the Mercedes ever be open. Everything was fine enough and ok for the price. Generally bedding and towels were clean. The room itself was clean although dusty in some neglected areas. The room smelled of smoke though and the bathroom light didn’t work. The room did have a balcony though which was nice. I wouldn’t choose to stay here again and think Expedia ought to check the listing details are accurate.

The room itself was clean, and so was the bed and bathroom. The carpet in the outside hall and steps smelled stale and at times like urine. The staff was nice and friendly. We arrived later than we had planned, but were welcome by the staff. The hotel is not as close to main attractions, but has lots of restaurants and stores around, and it’s within walking distance of the train station.

Good to know that this area is not very good and clientele can be special. In our case the other guests were very loud at 2am. We had to abort our stay after one night since we could not sleep well. The doors opening and closing were very loud and could be herd from our room which made it difficult to have uninterrupted sleep. Good price overall.

There was no reception facility on this hotel, it was written to go to reception on second building (which was another hotel). When we booked this hotel, it was mentioned that "parking available for the price of €4.50 per day but when we arrived in the hotel they were demanding €15 per night. We had to pay €30 per night for 2 cars.

Disappointing...

Overall, it was a bad experience for a hotel that boasts a 3-star rating. We got lost looking for the reception, the entrance and hallway were dirty, the elevator wasn't working and the room for three people was very small. I would suggest bringing a slipper with you as the carpeted floor looks very nasty. We only got one set of keys even though we were three people. The reception was nice but didn't speak English. Told us the wrong room number so we had to go back to ask again. Location-wise, the hotel is very close to the bus station and the main tourists attraction.

Vi parkerede i p-hus ved andet hotel. Værelserne var nogenlunde rene, men med vatpinde i skraldespand og snavs i hjørnerne. Havde bestilt to værelser til 2 voksne og 3 børn, fik 2 værelser og to dobbeltsenge. Fik løst det, men fik at vide at det var vires egen skyld. Hotellet ligger lige ved en etnisk grønthandel, hvor mange mennesker stod og drak kaffe og røg i døren. Hotellet er generelt slidt.

Zimmer war sauber, allerdings die Betten waren etwas unbequem. Das Bad war sehr klein, aber auch sauber. Insgesamt war das Zimmer okay, für den Zweck Schlafen und Duschen reicht es allemal, wenn man keine hohen Ansprüche hat.

Ziemlich heruntergekommen. In jeder erdenklicher Ecke war Staub und Schmutz. Die Fußleisten sind aufgequollen, das Batteriefach der Fernbedienung des TV ist miserabel aus Klebeband. Der Lüfter im Bad ist laut und läuft rund um die Uhr. Für die eine Nacht war es ok. Aber so auch den Preis nicht wert. Keine Empfehlung von meiner Seite.

El hotel esta normal, pero esta ubicado en una zona de tiendas de frutas, verduras, etc. Esta muy bien comunicada (cerca de la estación central de tren y de la parada de autobus), hay un centro comercial cerca y buenos restaurantes cruzando la calle. La recepción esta en el hotel de junto. En resumen lo bueno el precio y la cercania a la central de tren y de autobuses de Hamburgo.
