Very clean and great customer service. But there’s no proper cutlery set (they gave us plastic spoon and small bowl), dryer function not hot enough. Other than that, all great. Staff is fantastic, location ok. Will come back.

Modern spacious apartment, the biggest we’ve ever had in Tokyo. Excellent location with everything you need around. Short walk to kasai Station. The only problem is that they dont have enough storage space. we were there early around 10 am (before 3pm c/i time) and no space already.
