"I do not have a single, possible complaint regarding Chinzanso hotel. The room was immaculate, the view was incredible, and the staff were always ready to help. My wife and I were made to feel like royalty. Regarding the location, the hotel is out of the way of the more touristy areas, allowing for peace and quiet. Yet, despite this, you are only a short walk away from the cherry blossoms along Kanda river, which are absolutely breathtaking. I would advise travelers to put some money aside for a taxi from Narita airport, as the hill climb to the hotel must be made from any metro station and is very difficult with luggage. Once settled, I recommend Edogawabashi station over Waseda for getting around the city."

"The Toggle was clean and the staff were very pleasant. The loft room was perfect for 3. I loved having the ability to make hot tea in the room and enjoyed the other amenities. Breakfast was delicious. I would recommend and would stay again. "

"No orientation to the room and no instructions in English for temps,lighting etc. Room key stopped working twice. Staff accomodating. No seating in check in area and crowded. Breakfast well priced for the variety. Bed comfortable. "

"A thoughtful long stay option, which had all the essentials for a comfortable stay. Ideal location being so close to Ueno Park, station(s), shops and restaurants. The hotel’s public baths with great views of the park was a standout, however could be cleaner at times. Also be mindful being long stay, rooms are not cleaned every day but trash is emptied and towels are refreshed daily, which was fine."
