"This is such a great place to ski/snowboard. The hotel is great and has a lot of space, theirs a lot to do in the hotel also besides being outside in the snow. The onsen and massage is great also and add the breakfast and dinner to your stay, you won’t regret it! It’s very peaceful and relaxing and we enjoy coming here. Can’t wait to come back!"

The service was beyond attentive and the room was like out of a magazine. If you’ve got the money- splurge and do it! Watching the first snow fall from the panoramic windows was one of the highlights of our trip! "

"Great stay in Hakuba if you’re looking to ski or snowboard in a group. The host was very responsive and is able to arrange for a rental car and recommend gear rentals or even classes for your winter sports activities. The location is also conveniently located at the heart of Echoland, with several food options, gear rentals and convenience shops. The housekeeping was attentive, dry room was spacious and well equipped and kitchen was well equipped too. Highly recommended! "
