"We had a great welcome greeting. They made us feel welcomed and provided us a clean room. The food was substantial and delicious. They gave us an option for western food which was a nice option after eating a lot of seafood throughout our trip. They were very accommodating and the service was great. We would recommend this hotel to others. "

"Love the views from the room, onsen, resting area with the sense of glamorous old school Japanese style. Well thoughts for stayer with great hotel’s massage with reasonable price, country side vibe onsen, free ramen from 10pm (unsure if applies to all). I am not going to think of other stays in Hakodate, but here!"

"The staff was wonderful and breakfast was superb. From french toast, croissant, eggs etc to sashimi, ice cream, pudding. Delicious.
The room was clean, comfortable bed. Had a mini fridge, safe, and amenities.
Would stay again!!"
