"Pool was not functioning. Hotel adverises they have a spa when complaint was made they said that they don’t run the spa. It was a serious complaint and now after having another massage elsewhere for $120,000 dong compared to the $600,000 I was charged makes me even more dissatisfied with this hotel. Check out the spa, the pool, the 4th, 5th & 15th floor before staying here. The reviews for this place are not accurate or else people are completely fooled by it’s appearance which is deceptive!"

"We absolutely loved our stay here at Hachi. It’s a beautiful architecturally designed Homestay out of the centre of Hue. It’s for relaxation, rejuvenation and enjoying the natural surrounds of the local neighbourhood. The beds are comfy and the staff are just so friendly and accommodating. You do need to plan your visits to town but it’s a small price to pay to stay at this fabulous home stay. "very nice lady, offering to help but not to pushy. when we told here we had to go to the buspickup early morning, she was already downstairs. helped us to a taxi(it was pouring rain) since non of the grabdriver acceoted our drive 5:30 in the morning. she also contacted the buscompany, to arrange a better pickup point. nice little pool, you can have breakfast there prefferably preordered the day before. room was clean and spacious, shower seperated from the toilet. "

"Absolutely perfect. The property was stunning. All finished are high end and wonderfully designed. Large rooms, comfortable bed, fantastic shower. Great communal areas. Incredible rooftop. "They bend over backwards to help you in every way. It's a great hidden gem. Just too far for us to get to the town. The bathroom needs a good clean, it was so bad we didn't even take a shower as it was full of someone else's hair... lucky for us it was just a one night stay! It it was clean it would have been. Completely diffrent experience but they do have a great thing going t hats for sure!"

"Don’t hesitate to book this hotel — it exceeded our expectations in every way, especially for the price. We traveled with our 2-year-old daughter, and while we spent our days exploring Hue, returning to the hotel felt like coming back to paradise. We enjoyed several meals on-site, and the service from the staff was consistently warm and welcoming. We stayed for three nights and were genuinely sad to leave. The small details made a big difference — lush gardens, hand-painted walls in our room and ensuite, and thoughtful touches throughout the property. Everything felt carefully curated, making our stay both comfortable and memorable. This hotel is a true gem, and we couldn’t recommend it more highly."
