"The staff were excellent! We were greeted with a warm welcome at check-in and every time we returned to the hotel. Staff were knowledgeable about the area and providing input on routes to take and places to go. The food at the hotel was good. I was extremely impressed when one of the staff called me by name when I was booking a second room for the stay. The hotel aesthetic was cool, modern, and attractively decorated! My only ding would be that the mattresses were too firm for my comfort level....
