First, it was incredibly convenient to be near the SBB train tracks about a two-minute walk from the hotel. check-in was quick, Brian helped us at the desk and spoke fluent English. "when I booked the hotel I was promised a code for late entry - i never received it but on the morning of the stay I was promised it again - but they never sent it - I couldn’t risk not having somewhere to stay late at night with young children so I had to book another hotel - they then charged my crefit card the full amount and sent me the code very late in the day when I didn’t have internet access. Annoying waste of E140 "
