"Very nice accommodations and courteous staff. They were all kind and eager to help. Our 2 rooms experienced cooling issues and were a little warm a couple of nights, but not bad, especially since it was cool outside. There was a little difficulty explaining this to lobby attendants due to the language barrier, but they quickly connected me with someone by phone that communicated in English easily. We enjoyed the location as well."

"The location and view are fantastic. The room itself is small but looks fairly good. However, keep in mind that this is not a typical hotel. As in it is only 2 floors of a mixed residential building and does not have almost any amenities. It feels more like two floors of airbnbs with a tiny front desk. The front desk refused to give us a remote for the aircon even though the room had no air circulation during winter time. They claimed it was unavailable during winter. I could not sleep in a stuffy room and contacted expedia. Once expedia stepped in they instantly gave us the aircon remote and it worked fine. We also asked for extra blankets and pillows, but they only gave us scratchy think blankets without any covers. Overall, if you are there just for a very short time, it will be fine. Just don’t expect good service"

"Room was ok. Small, but clean. The breakfast we purchased for 2 for 4 nights was a waste. Food was a hodge podge of different things. I believe you had to purchase coffee as well, so we didn’t even get that. Went first day for breakfast and never went back the rest of the stay. Place is fine to stay and the view of the bridge was nice. Skip the breakfast though. "
