"My husband and I celebrated our honeymoon at KClub in Bali. It was our first visit and we do not speak the local language, so we were a bit nervous, especially with a 10-night stay. From arrival, our butler Reno was cheerful, polite, and incredibly helpful. He toured us around the property, showed us how everything in the villa worked, and highlighted activities like yoga, rice paddy walks, and itinerary planning. He also surprised us with honeymoon treats and checked in regularly.
Communication was easy through a WhatsApp group with the front desk, where we requested extra towels, wake-up calls, and general advice, always receiving quick replies, which we loved as phone-averse millennials.
KClub has two restaurants, Akar and Kraton, and we especially loved Kraton for its quieter setting and delicious food. Our server, Gusde, remembered our names and preferences, introduced us to Balinese dishes, and even customized a special BBQ set menu for us.
Overall, the staff were kind, patient, and efficient. Many addressed us by our first names and seemed aware of our plans. The manager, Jiwah, personally congratulated us on our honeymoon and ensured everything met our expectations. Beautiful views, excellent facilities, and heartfelt service made us feel like VIPs. Our honeymoon was perfect, and we hope to return to KClub someday."
