10/10 Excellent

"Attitude can make or break everything and even though it was storming when I checked in Nikki was a ray of sunshine as I came through the door. We had called around before booking here and she (unlike many others) was pleasant to talk to and very helpful. Her customer service is what made us decide to stay here. The beach outside was beautiful and rather private. It was the perfect start to a wonderful vacation"

"Stayed here with my 2 young son's 8yr and 4yr. Pools were great, water was clean and patios were nice. Drinks were on the spend side. $8 for a single beer. Many events for the kids. Rooms were pretty basic, nothing to outstanding or special. However whenever room service cleaned the room it felt like they dumped a fresh bucket of sand on the floor and in the beds. Nightly I had to disassemble the beds and shake the sand out of the sheets. Bathrooms were smaller then normal at least in the room we stayed in (1070) Other amenities were good. Restaurant food was good. Breakfast buffet was really good kids enjoyed it. Something for everyone. The beach however was amazing as always, water warm and sand was soft and white. Absolutely outstanding."

"The place was clean, but the hallways smell like piss. Definately can use a nice paint job. Also kill the smell of urine in the hallways. My room was decent, beautiful view on the 9th floor. The bed was also soft while I prefer a bed that's a lot firmer. Go Platform beds are the best. The location was good and so what the restuarant."

"The room wasn’t as nice as we expected. There was some sort of white electronic sphere on the wall with a fairly large hole right next to it. I’m sure it was supposed to be covering the hole but wasn’t. We saw a lot of scratches and scuffs on the bathroom door and walls, seemed outdated as wasn’t dirty just worn down, trash cans scuffed and dish soap plates missing paint. We were also disappointed that there wasn’t a hand towel holder. Mostly small stuff in the grand scheme of things but for the price of the room we just expected a lot more than we got. The people working the front desk could have been a little more pleasant to deal with but when I was speaking to one of them it was almost like she wasn’t paying attention and I was having to repeat myself. Over all I would much rather stay at the Tremont again!"
