10/10 Excellent

"Amazing service from the moment we arrived until the moment we left. We were greeted and offered beverages upon arrival/check in. Rooms were ready and Evan at the front desk was cheerful and welcoming. We were celebrating our anniversary and felt pampered by an unexpected surprise. Great location just steps from the beach. Free chairs (2) and an umbrella on the beach made it comfortable to stay out all day. Staff from the hotel rounded often to see if we needed anything. Highly recommend this hotel and will return on our next Clearwater beach trip."

"When I reserved the room, I was asked on the website whether or not we were planning our stay for a special occasion. I indicated that we were celebrating our wedding anniversary. We whe returned from dinner, staff had brought us a bottle of champagne, chocolate covered strawberries, and vouchers for a free breakfast. Overall, we were very impressed."

Margaritaville Beach Resort South Padre Island

"The pool and staff were nice. Margaritaville no longer has access to the Sapphire gym. When my husband asked about it they just said they don’t have access anymore. Later on, we found out you can get vouchers to Shoreline Barbell Club in Port Isabel. That would have been helpful to know. The grounds are nice and clean; however, the cleanliness of the room was subpar. The counters were sticky and had cereal on it, the pantry was stinky, the trash can was disgusting, and the bathrooms needed some TLC as there was mold and buildup everywhere."
