"Lazy river was cool. 😎 Some minor upgrades would give property a fresh facelift. Upgrade lights in elevator. Remove all carpeting - what was started in bathrooms can continue in high traffic areas."

"The pool area was a mess, almost all the chairs were broken. There were broken pool toys scattered about. No pool towels. The rooms were decent sized but not super clean, we had to where shoes inside. Nice location accross from the beach."

"Got some beach view that was awesome sitting on the balcony. Very close to gulf state pier so my husband didn't have far to go to fish. Room was awesome and the staff was professional and courteous and was knowledgeable about things to do and how to get there. Will definitely stay there again."

"I would have rated 5 overall but took off 1 star because the water pressure in showers was extremely disappointing… very hard to rinse soap and shampoo fro body. Adequate water pressure is extremely important to me and my husband and this was very lacking Other than that we were otherwise very happy with our stay"

"The place was as advertised though the because of the size and layout of the room and the very small kitchen, I wouldn't recommend 6 people in a room. There were only 2 of us in a room for 6 and we were comfortable, we used the bunk beds to store baggage. We lost several hours of our vacation time trying to confirm our reservations because of a booking problem with Expedia (they said everything was fine but the hotel had no record of our reservation) but the person at the desk when we arrived was very helpful in resolving the issue. Unfortunately the people staying in the next room couldn't go elsewhere to smoke their dope and stunk up the entire 6th floor, the elevator and the stairwell. We couldn't enjoy the beach view from the balcony or leave our door open because of the smell. This was no fault of the hotel though they should have tracked down the problem sooner. The hotel is very conveniently located near many shops and restaurants. And it's steps from the beach!! I would stay here again."
