The staff was always very helpful. I don't remember the girls name at the front counter. But she was really awesome and spoke perfect English to me, I can't think you enough I think her name was temou. I stayed in room 329 it was very nice

Bom e conveniente para a Expoagro

Depois de 6 anos, voltei a me hospedar no Class Hotel para a Expoagro e confirmei que a qualidade continua a mesma: ótimo atendimento, quartos em bom estado de conservação. Único problema é que em dias de muito movimento, em horários de saída para an Expo, pode faltar água quente. Mas com certeza retornarei nos próximos anos!

Quarto Luxo (que em teoria seria o melhor): Banho de morno para frio (por ser inverno, a água deveria ser bem quente). Cama afunda devido ser muito macia (noite de sono muito ruim). Café da manhã ok. Hotel para passar uma noite se não tiver outra opção. Não voltaria. Infelizmente Guaxupé tem poucas opções.

Hotel bem localizado possui um restaurante que te atende tanto no almoço como na jantar com uma comida bem gostosa o que facilita muito quando se viaja com crianças,o hotel é bem localizado e fica numa região bem silenciosa , o hotel poderia ter opções de travesseiro mais finos os travesseiros são bons mas um pouco altos.

Com respeito ao Restaurante, comida excelente café da manhã idem, só que é lamentável o serviço de vinho. Primeiramente se a propriedade quer servir vinho, deveria ter uma carta dos mesmos, segundo que os vinhos estivessem no restaurante e não o hóspede ter que buscar na portaria do hotel. Os vinhos estão expostos numa prateleira, na horizontal expostos a luz e ao calor. Na adega doméstica sob o balcão, havia três vinhos, só que a adega estava desligada. Em resumo como eram vinhos jovens, pela safra e mal acondicionamento, deveriam estar já com algum defeito. É uma pena, se a propriedade deseja servir vinhos finos a seus hóspedes deveria buscar orientação de um profissional, para prestar um bom serviço neste quesito.

No Check-in foi me informado que eu havia feito a reserva para apenas 1 pessoa e teria que pagar a diferença. Acessei minha reserva e confirmei que havia feito para 2 pessoas. A manutenção do quarto não estava boa. Tomadas "folgadas" não prendiam bem os carregadores. Ducha do banheiro instalada em local inadequado e com vazamento. De manhã o chuveiro não esquentou e minha filha teve que tomar banho e lavar o cabelo na agua fria.
