"1st night was terrible. Room 119, the shower smelled like sewage. We moved rooms and it was better. It is pet friendly BUT be prepared to pay $30 a night. I paid a total of $120 for my dog. PLUS $100 deposit. Noticed homeless around the property as well. Over my stay wasn't the best."

"I loved the villas. They were very spacious and had all of the important amenities for my stay - microwave, stove with oven, coffee maker and full sized refrigerator. It even had kitchen items like pots & pans, dinnerware and tableware. The bathroom and bedroom was spacious and the living room was nice and quaint. I had a patio. My villa was downstairs. I wish there was an elevator because my luggage was heavy. I didn’t visit the store/market. I did visit Canyon Grille. The food was good but service was a little slow. My waitress and the greeter were super nice but it seemed like they were understaffed. I liked the fitness facility. I don’t use the pool. The outdoor seating areas were nice. I visited their farmer’s market and it was excellent. My overall stay was magnificent."

"Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was fine, but furniture is pretty worn out and not really inviting to sit on. Bed itself was comfortable and seemingly clean. I've stayed there before and don't remember having any issues so it is likely room by room that changes the stay. It's a GREAT location to gym, restaurants, highways, Frontwave Arena, and other popular ares of Oceanside, but I would hope that the furniture is updated soon. Laundry room was out of order. Did not venture to the pool or hot tub, but they were open."

"Absolutely disgusting hotel Rude people. Dogs everywhere. They didn't even have a bowl for the kitchen. Staff were literally the most uncaring people it seems I've encountered at a hotel."

"This was the most horrible experience I have ever had a hotel. The room next to mine (Room 129) suddenly became noisy at around 1:00 AM and continued to about 2:00 AM. Laughter, yelling, and noisy conversations was enough for me to go to the receptionist desk and complain. The person working the desk was asleep and I apparently woke him up. His eyes were bloodshot and in hindsight, possibly due to using drugs. I was told he would call the room, and I never heard a call. I only heard a knock but there were a few people going in and out of the room, so it could have been anybody. For a while the noise subsided because it appeared people had left. Then around 3:00 AM the noise starts up again as if there is a party going on in the room. I couldn't take it anymore and was tired with an early report to work time at 7:00 AM. I had to go to another hotel because of this. The room next to mine on the first floor is usually for guests who are hearing impaired or have a disability. I realized what was going on after seeing three young people outside smoking while there are a few people in the room. The receptionist must know the people who were in the room because nothing was being done about the noise. I was lied to and that made me angry. I said an unpleasant word about the receptionist because I was tired, frustrated, and angry over having no peace and rest in my room. The receptionist then made threats and tried to intimidate me over the issue. Do not recommend."
