I really like this hotel. The room was very clean although the bed was a little hard for me. The shuttle was great and they offered parking for my car for a very small fee. I did not eat breakfast there. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel and staff were great. The only minus is that I was in line for 1 hr for breakfast as there was a huge herbal life group that were eating breakfast and savings spots in line for others. And they were grabbing food to go on top of the one they were serving themselves. After waiting for an hour in line there was no protein left. And I would have to wait again for new food to come out. So I walked to an Oxxo to grab something as I had to get going. Other than that the room and shower were very comfortable. The bed was very good on my back. And it was clean.

Stayed here again… this time we were on the ground floor with a window that faced the sidewalk to the garage so I didn’t feel comfortable having the blinds up but it was so dark with them drawn. Everyone walking by was able to look in. Additionally the water pressure in the shower was so weak, not sure if that was also due to being on a different floor. The hotel itself was as great and clean as last time. Staff just as friendly.

Staff was so helpful with arrangements to the airport. Our room was comfortable. Unfortunately (and I’m embarrassed to say) the walls of the bathroom and on wall in the room had VISIBLE boogers rubbed and dried on the walls that was so disgusting. The tv was constantly connecting to headphones (though none of had any) so the audio wasn’t working until I turned the volume to 100 and whoever was connected probably noticed unconnected… I’m not sure.

Except for a little confusion getting the shuttle to meet us our stay was great. Front desk Edgar and Delia were helpful. Room clean and accommodating. Chicken soup in the Resto was delicious! Would not hesitate to refer anyone to this hotel.

The location was excellent for catching an early flight the next morning. When we arrived, there was a long line to check in, and only one receptionist was on duty. She was very polite, did a great job keeping everyone in line, and worked as quickly as she could to assist all the guests, even those trying to get attention before their turn. Unfortunately, we did not enjoy the restaurant inside the hotel. The hamburger patty had very little flavor, and the chicken in the enchiladas verdes was also bland. The A/C in our room was not working properly, so the room felt warm during the night. Overall, our one-night stay worked well because we needed to be close to the airport, and the hotel offers a complimentary 24-hour airport shuttle. The shuttle driver was excellent—very friendly, professional, and attentive.
