"Beautiful modern room. Double jacuzzi bath in room. Bottle of Prosecco on arrival, mini fridge restocked daily. We loved looking over the square and opening the windows and listening to the square noise. Staff were all very accommodating and found us an adapter to plug when we had forgotten ours. They were all very friendly. Nice breakfast provided. Hotel is in the perfect location we shall stay here again. "

"The location is excellent. It’s right next to Old town, The Castle.Easy walk from train station ( 20 mins train from airport) The cost £6-7 one way for two. The room is good size with everything what you need. The breakfast is the best in European countries. The reception is so helpful, the Bar is great. As Expedia member we received the bottle of Italian Red wine and quality is perfect. Just one little note - trams , you can hear through double glazed windows but it’s not crucial. Maybe...

"Sparkling clean room, located close to the main square but still very quiet. Air conditioning which was welcome. Could be improved only slightly by adding a bottle opener to the kitchen equipment and another mirror near a plug outlet, but these are very minor and did not affect our stay, just small points for the management to consider. We loved our little apartment and would stay again if we return to Krakow. "

"One of the most beautiful hotels I have ever stayed in. I would recommend this 100000% to anyone spending time in krakow. The interior is gorgeous and the pool/sauna/spa area was so cool! We will be staying here again for sure! The staff was all wonderful and spoke good English. I would give it 10 stars if I could!! "
