In addition the door to the bathroom was exceptionally loud when opening g or closing - awakening myself or my wife when going to the bathroom at ight. I ultimately gauge a hotel by how well I sleep. My wife and I did not sleep well. (Could not upload video documenting noise from door opening and closing the door. They only accepted photos)."
