"Amazing staff, very comfy room with aircon (great as it was v hot when we visited). Decent breakfast. However, the location of this hotel really is a distance away from the places you’re likely to want to go as a tourist, especially the schloss and old town. I walked in in the first evening and it took me 25 mins (admittedly I have short legs and it was hot!). "Lovely hotel in a very quiet part of Schwerin, about 15 minutes walk from the railway station. Breakfast, although relatively expensive, was superb and well worth the money. Though not something I could manage every day. They have a very nice selection of wine and it would have been nice to have a bar area to enjoy these without going into the restaurant. "
