"Good value for being 20 minutes from Stratton. Pretty good breakfast. Nice rooms. Friendly helpful staff. Heard the pool and hottub were good, but we didnt have a chance to try them"

"The hotel was lovely. The only issue was there was lots of dust and dirty spots on the hardwood portion of the floors. Mopping the floors at least when a new quest is arriving should be done. Late night pizza wasn’t good and cold. I was brought a small bucket of ice, but no tongs to pick it up or a glass to put the beverage into."

"The room was beautiful and clean, also the water was nice and hot.Only two complaints 1. The pool was closed for 4 days, my entire trip. 2. There aren’t any microwaves in the room, you have to go downstairs to the lobby in the mini store to warm up your food which suck. "

"The staff were very rude. The room was not properly stocked with toiletries, linens, ice bucket and cups. When we asked staff for items they said they would be up in 5 minutes which they never came and we had to keep calling them. They acted like they did not want to be bothered. This will be our last time staying here it seems each time it is something new."

"Very large hotel and excellent front area staff especially the night front desk employees. They offer a decent continental breakfast. Located just off of broadway making it easy to enjoy Saratoga Springs."
