"I stayed here for 4 nights, and the room was never cleaned once. On our second day, I specifically requested housekeeping to clean, organize the room, and provide fresh towels, but nothing was done. Their policy was to reuse towels by hanging them up, but there was nowhere in the room to hang them. ..."
