I have had to stay here twice due to my mother being hospitalized in the area. The young lady at the front desk assisted me both times. She is a very sweet and caring person. Being tired and nervous both times, her smile and willingness to help made things a little easier. The beds are awesome, very clean.

NC best kept secret

This staff goes above and beyond. The front desk clerks were amazing and Mr. Roosevelt definitely gives customer service at its highest level. The food was good. The area is nice. I would definitely stay there again.

My mother and I were guests at this hotel for my niece's graduation. We both got food poisoning at an area restaurant and the staff at the hotel took great care of us.
