James the manager was very friendly and welcoming. Older hotel, with lots of sitting areas done in Art Deco. Great location, with a very short walk to everything Greenport has to offer.

Hotel is in a great location. Staff were very nice and helpful. Bathroom could use a little updating but overall room was clean as was the hotel. Coffee and muffins in the morning was a nice surprise.

This place was really unique well kept really close to everything since is in the middle of town and on main street really liked they had coffee, juice and a few pastries to get you started in the morning the staff was amazing!!! James( the manager) and jessica (housekeeping) know exactly what they are doing not to mention how nice and helpful they were we even added an extra night to our stay cause we didn't want to leave can not wait to go back!

They advertised sound proof rooms. Not happening They advertised well stocked mini bar not happening There are pictures indicating a dining room Not happening They make no indication you can get coffee in the ad we brought coffee and find out there is coffee in the lobby In the room was a long bench that stuck out. I stubbed my toe on it, it hurt. It is wood and a piece sticks out that is wood.You can't see it and very little room to get by. I had to move it to another part of the room. or a visit to the hospital. they need to fix that. The soap in the shower is in a little bottle and very hard to use and not enough. My wife brought soap so we were ok. The people there are very congenial and that is good. the first night it was 50 degrees out side and the heater in the room didn't work. Nice location and no matter what I or others write, they will get customers.

Breakfast bar was inconsistently stocked (the first morning I went out and purchased yogurt because there wasn't any, only to return and find that things had been stocked up; there was tea but no hot water turned on).
