Kayla at the front desk was fantastic.
The room was located in a separate building from the front desk, just around the corner. Ample street parking because its off season & I traveled on a dead weekday. I was kind of bummed the restaurant in the hotel wasn't open, I was under the impression they were going to stay open weekdays after LDW.
Room was nicely appointed, did find hair in the bathroom sink but otherwise spotless. Hotel is dog friendly, but you will be charged if youve been found to leave the dog alone in the room for any length of time. Otherwise pets were welcome. Close to all restaurants & shopping. Pretty area to walk your pets all around the back of the hotel. Awesome retail store in the lobby. Great breakfast, comes to your door in the morning in a very charming wicker basket. Fresh coffee, bagels, yogurt, fruit, jam, granola. Frette robes & italian soaps. The room had a coffee pot, with espresso & regular coffee, fully stocked mini bar with local wines, very clean glassware. Perfect stay on the off season, great value.
