"The room was dirty and had dog hair on the bed and floor. After speaking to the manager she said there’s nothing she could do about it. I had to buy cleaning supplies and clean the room before I was comfortable laying down. I give the overall experience a 0."

"No cookies and no housekeeping and all these new policies. I won’t be back."

"Only issue was there was no shower soap in container on two nights. They cleaned prior to me checking in and at 1 am in the morning had to use shampoo soap. Left early the next morning and came back later that evening after they cleaned the room again including changing my towels and the shower soap container was still empty. Don’t understand why this is not checked before customers check in or when the towels are exchanged. Other than that the room was great."

"Great stay from start to finish. Check-in staff were warm and welcoming, and the room was clean, comfortable, and nicely updated. Breakfast had a solid variety, and the hot items—eggs and sausage—were actually done right (not dried out). Morning front desk staff were just as friendly and even accommodated a small late checkout. Super convenient location, and unlike many airport hotels, this one feels fresh and well run. Would definitely stay again and recommend."

"Still waiting to get my refund my car was charged $800 and I never stayed there after looking at the reviews about the dirty sheets and bugs I end up looking at a different hotel I'm still waiting to get a refund smh"
