"I could not understand the staff's heavy accents. The room made my allergies flare up, so I booked a better room left the following morning. Plus some assistant manager just walked in on me when I was naked. The worst experience ever in a hotel that I can recall. It's hard to trust those who don't take much effort to learn how to communicate. Give me a break."

They ran out of pancake mix and she didn’t hesitate to make some more 15 min before breakfast was over. The front desk was easy to talk to and helpful when I asked questions. The room was clean and didn’t smell bad like some hotels. I really enjoyed our stay."

"Room was missing a sofa, there was just an empty space on the wall. Shower must not have been cleaned there was a bottle of used face wash on the floor."

"Stayed here for a visit to IU with my son. Location is perfect for the campus tour- the building where it starts is located about 100 feet away! The hotel is attached to the student union so there are plenty of food options and it was a great place to cool off and rest in between our campus appointments."
