"1. Breakfast was very good 2. The room was clean and big enough 3. Parking to check in was difficult. 4. Parking in general on the property was not easy. 5. Only one elevator worked. 6. In room safe was quite old and key only operated 7. False fire alarm went off midday. I tried to get my valuables out of the safe but the key didn’t work. Hotel manager had to reset tumblers 8. The emergency alert sounded in the hall and not in the room. 9. Water pressure in shower a little low."

"Zero issues. Some construction in the hallway and the room was a bit musty at the beginning. It was very clean. I loved the New Orleans art and the Community Coffee in the lobby. It’s connected to an IHOP. Overall very happy with our stay"

"I stayed at this hotel expecting a clean and comfortable experience, but it was the complete opposite. The room had a strong mildew odor the moment I walked in, and there was visible mold in multiple areas, including around the bathroom and air vents. The overall cleanliness was unacceptable — stained linens, dirty floors, and obvious lack of proper maintenance. What made the experience worse was the feeling that these issues were not new and had likely been ignored for a long time. No guest should have to worry about their health and safety while staying in a hotel. I was extremely disappointed and would not recommend this property to anyone until serious cleaning and repairs are made. Save your money and stay elsewhere."

"The rooms was amazing and if traveling as a family it had a little bit of everything pool, basketball court half court of course but was a great stay indeed."
