Staff were brilliant, check in was a breeze, great prices and walking distance from the main Lyon station.

Westlodge Dardilly Lyon Nord
Charged double what was quoted by you. Despite previously contacting the property in regards to travelling with dogs this became an issue at check in. Connecting rooms but connecting doors locked. Made to feel as if we were the issue. Two small rooms not the quadruple room that was booked.

Garden & City Lyon Lissieu
The staff was wonderful, very helpful and friendly. The room itself was clean and comfortable, but needs some renovations particularly in the bathrooms.
