"A very new hotel with minimalist service and amenities, located off of I 90. The main feature is a very well appointed galley kitchen and dining peninsula. The place is very clean, but the ambiance is sterile. Not sure who the target customers are, other than travelers who like to stay well outside of downtown Syracuse near the interstate, would prefer to cook their own meals, and would like to work out in a small gym. The total price, $94, made it good value for 1 night, since everything in downtown Syracuse was sold out on 4/17/26."

"Amazing stay here. We booked this hotel on a Monday during a road trip and stayed at a Hilton the following night in another city (which was horrible) . On our way back we were looking for other hotels to book and we were so paranoid about risking and staying at another crap hole we decided to go back to the Crafts man. Friendly staff, clean room and property. It was a no brainer. Would stay again."

"The only thing I saw wrong was one of the side doors to the hotel was not securely fastened. Safety comes first."

"The place is very run down. Garbage overflowing in receptacles outside and garbage littered the grass. The attendant was nice. But the room was just gross. Couldn't even relax or even sleep in there. The stench of cigarettes was down right nauseating. Our eyes and noses were stinging. Sheets and pillow cases were dirty with holes in them and makeup on the cases. Smelled really bad. Floor was dirty. TV wasn't even plugged in and they left half the lights on in there which felt odd. Everything was in poor condition. I have stayed in budget hotel/motels before but not this bad. "
